• Competitive wages - We determine your level of skills and the client's needs and pay our employees a competitive hourly wage. Hourly wages may change from each assignment.
• Direct Deposit - Paratemps utilizes the services of a payroll company to prepare weekly payroll. Should you wish to deposit your weekly paycheck while on assignment, we will inform our service of your request.
• Flexible hours - At times clients will offer flexible hours to either temporary workers or to direct hires. If you have a particular situation that requires flexibility, inform our office and we will do our best to assist in your request. Of course, we also offer part-time positions when clients do not need full time support.
• SIMPLE IRA - Paratemps provides eligible employees with SIMPLE IRA benefits. Contact our office to discuss how you may become eligible.
• Holiday Pay - Upon completion of required hours and consecutive hours of employment with Paratemps, we will provide eligible employees with holiday pay. Contact our office for more details.
• Vacation Pay - Upon completion of required hours and consecutive hours of employment with Paratemps, we will provide eligible employees with vacation pay. Contact our office for more details.
