Marge Fauteux established Paratemps, Inc., in 1990. She has over twenty years experience in the
legal profession and worked more than ten years in diverse areas of law as Paralegal to the senior
partner in a major law firm in Western Massachusetts. She is an honors graduate of Bay Path College
and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with academic excellence from Westfield State College.
Fauteux serves on the Professional Legal Advisory Board for Paralegal Studies at Bay Path
College and taught for several years in the Paralegal Certificate Program at Westfield State
College. She is frequently invited to speak at career and employment seminars at Elms College,
Bay Path College and area vocational schools and also provides interviewing skills, resume
assistance and career consultations. Fauteux has been instrumental in the training of paralegals
and legal secretaries and personally continues to provide paralegal support services in litigation
and domestic relations cases for attorneys seeking her assistance. Her integrity, expertise and
ability to build relationships, combined with her legal experience and background in business
administration has gained her the trust of the legal and business community. For several years, she
volunteered her services as a business consultant for SCORE (Counselors to Small Businesses) and
served as chairperson and facilitator for several SCORE Women Business Owners Roundtables. In 2004,
she was asked by Don Boisvert, Executive Director for BNI Western MA, to serve as one of the Assistant
Directors for the Western MA area. BNI (Business Network International) is the largest networking
organization with over 80,000 members worldwide.
Robin Savitt-King is a certified paralegal and serves as staffing coordinator for
Paratemps, Inc. She joined the company in 1996. Savitt-King has more than ten years experience in the legal field in many areas of law and
worked for a senior partner in one of the largest firms in Western Massachusetts as well as a large Connecticut firm. She has an Associates Degree with honors
in Business Administration from Holyoke Community College and has also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Bay Path College in an ABA Approved
Program. Her legal background and education
combined allow her to understand each client's requirements by finding the right candidate for
the job.
Michelle Vigneault joined Paratemps in 2000. She has extensive experience in banking and worked for
one of the area's major banks for over ten years. Vigneault graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College. Her professional experience in the banking and
finance field, together with her education, provide a great asset to our office and our clients.
